Predictive Dialing ... for 1 or 1,000
What Is It? Why Will You Want It?
Imagine talking with 400% more LIVE prospects than ever before. No longer dialing and waiting for the phone to ring and someone to answer, or worse yet getting a 'bad number' notice. Now you - or your team - just tell the dialer to begin calling - and then wait to hear your prospects say hello to you. What could be easier?
You can have the power of a large call center operation; maximize marketing dollars and minimize wasted time.
Predictive Dialing uses multiple telephone channels to predict when to dial and then dial numbers from a prospect list until someone answers, and a live operator/marketer takes over to begin closing the sale.
With this technology, YOU - and your team - can interact with more 'live' prospects in less time, moving quickly from one call to the next. Physical and emotional fatigue is greatly reduced.
The result is MORE SALES in fewer marketing hours - increased return on investment!
SIMPLE ....
1. First, read up on state and federal dialing laws. Telemarketers will require a
federal SAN number to dial. Political organizations and Official Nonprofits(501(3)c) will not.
Businesses calling their own customers or other businesses will also not require a SAN number.
You
can obtain a SAN
here
and more information on dialing laws
here.
2. Click the "Add Funds" link. Use your credit card to add money to your account.
This account will be debited each time you run a campaign.
3. Now click the "Dial Campaign" link. Follow the prompts to create your campaign.
4. Your campaign has begun dialing! To stop this campaign, select the checkbox
next to the campaign name you wish to stop, and use the Command dropdown to select "Stop Selected
Campaigns" and click the "go" button.
